    Trying to access the preview forums


    Hi there. I am trying to access the private forums for the Xbox One Preview Program. I have been accepted into the program, but I am unable to access the forums so i can report bugs and errors to you guys. Right now I am having a major issue. I got 2 codes
    for the Halo 5 Guardians Beta from a friend who did not want to play the beta, I tried to redeem the first code, but it said code not found. I went and attempted to redeem the second code and the code redeemed just fine. I was wondering if anybody higher up
    could help me by getting into the preview forums and reporting this. I know I was accepted into the preview program because I am receiving the early updates for the Xbox One. I am just unable to access the preview forums.

    Ah, no I don't have the Preview Dashboard app and get "Group Not Found" when trying to access the preview forum.

    How would I access registration support?

    Sorry you're not able to access the preview forums. If you're getting Group not found when trying to access the forums below a moderator will need to give you access. Just sit tight for a couple days, and they'll reply to this thread.

    No they arent bro. My brother just gave away both of his codes to his friend and they worked just fine for the other person. Next time, do your research before you post on my thread. I am waiting for a staff response. Specifically miss portia or someone
    who manages the preview forums.

    Really nice response to a forum regular and knowledgeable ambassador.

    As a new ambassador you should listen to viral instead of insulting him.

    I am a level 4 ambassador about to be a level 5 ambassador. And I wasnt insulting him, I simply told him to do his research before replying.

    The codes are not locked to the gamertag they were sent to, but they are only intended to be used by the gamertag they were sent to. Giving them away can result in being removed from the program.

    Only passing on what I was told by an official xbox support agent in a live chat. However he may have got his wires crossed and gave me bad information. However as Smwutches has said they are only intended to be used by the gamertag sent to as it is a special
    invitation only at this stage.
