Trying to access microsoft store on xbox one

If you're just trying re-download Fortnite, you can do so from "My Games and Apps" and then look for the "Ready to Install" tab that is now located at the top next to your Installed games.

However, let's still try to troubleshoot your Xbox to get the store issue resolved. I would suggest to start off with a complete

power cycle. Hold down the power button on your Xbox for about 10 seconds, once it shuts off, unplug the power cord from your Xbox and also from the wall socket for about 5 mins. Turn it back on, then go into the Store again and see if you can download
anything.
