    I am trying to access my Messages on the Xbox.com website but it keeps pulling up Skype messages how do I pull up the regular messages?

    I was just chatting with a support rep and they told me there may be some kind of enforcement in place, however my messaging works just fine on the xbox one console and the smart glass app

    I have been having this problem for WEEKS! Below is the message I receive on XBOX.com when I select the "Messages" tab:

    Also, when I click the "Messages" link on my Windows 10 XBOX app, the app just shuts down. This has been going on for TOO LONG! This needs to be fixed ASAP!
