    Trying to access "Awards and Achievements" causes app to crash with no error messages


    When attempting to access more detail information in "Awards and Achievements", the app crashes with no error messages.

    This error has been occurring for a couple months.

    I've been accumulating awards since November 2014.

    I'm having an issue with the Xbox One app on Windows 10

    It continuously loads, doesn't open, and eventually crashes.

    Cannot View Messages in Accout or on App

    I cannot view messages through my online account nor through the Smartglas App (iphone). When trying to access messages online, I get an error that reads, “An error has occurred, please try again later.” When trying to access through the app, the app freezes
    and I have to restart.

    FYI, I can view and send messages through the xbox. This problem only occurs with the online account and the app.

    i have the sae problem of seeing my badges. it is trying to load but exits after 30 sec without giving any error

    Same here.

    If I play with the Microsoft account I created for the Windows 10 Preview (which is only a few years old and has been used only with Windows 10) I can click the "Awards" button in "Daily Challenges" and it works as expected.

    If I play with my regular Microsoft account (which I've had for 15 years, and have used with Windows 8, 8.1, and 10) and I click that button, the app hangs and crashes.

    If I click on "Awards and Achievements", I can see all my badges are there, but if I click on a particular year, the app hangs and crashes.

    Version 3.9.4260.0, released recently, stops the crash, and I can now see my Daily Challenge history.

    I am seeing some weirdness in some of my older data: There are a few months with no badges (normally there are grayed-out badges for months I didn't play) and there is one month with a "Perfect" ribbon, but no badges.

    As I went back and forth between Windows 8.0 and 8.1 until problems in 8.1 were fixed, was in the Windows 10 Preview, and went back to Windows 8.1 for a long time (well after Windows 10 Threshold 2), my data may be messier than others. Solitaire ver 1.8/1.9
    on Windows 8.0, ver 2.1-2.7 on Windows 8.1, and ver 3.3 to 3.9 on Windows 10.

    XBOX app crash when clicking on the messages option.

    I did as Zepp XO. And YES!!!! It is working again!

    I had the same problem with Win10 Xbox app crashing when accessing messages. Also Xbox.com error message when trying to access messages. I searched and found that it was a message from XBox in my message box on my Xbox One causing the problem. I was able
    to delete it by going to XBox SmartGlass on my phone and pressing/holding the green Xbox message until the delete option popped up then deleted it. Problem solved!!! Why did XBox send the message and why was it causing the problem. Took my over 1/2 hr of ***
    around to figure out the problem and then figure out how to delete it. What a waste of time!!! If you have an Xbox One look all the way at the bottom of the message list for the green colored message from Xbox causing the glitch.
