    I'm about to buy Xbox One soon but only problem is my trying to get my old account back from a year. I know the Gamertag and i think i know the email but i can be wrong. I gave my Xbox One to my best friend and he was able to give me Console ID. I have debit
    card still that was used on the account. The big problem is that i have gone to forgot password and fill it up and still says "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership using the information that was provided" It has Forza 6 on it, Fifa, AW, and
    couple other games. I want be able to play couple games when i buy it. But if i cant get back I think may wait on tell Black Friday but i want to buy it next week. If anyone can help it would be amazing, Thank You.

    Can't login to old xbox account... Why doesn't my Microsoft Account (LiveID) follow the format "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***"?

    Since it's so old...there is no way to recover it because there is no Windows Live ID (Microsoft Account) associated with it. I have an account that I'd like to recover as well from years ago, but it's lost.

    I'm afraid it's gone for good my friend.

    Xbox LIVE thinks I need a parental account to accept the new ToU for me, but my account is an adult account?

    As I mentioned, customer support has already confirmed that there isn't a parental account attached.

    Trying to accept it on my Xbox shows a parental account that was attached 6 years ago. However, my account was promoted to an adult account and that old parental account was canceled a long time ago. I've been able to accept ToU changes for years without
    a problem.

    Trying to recover the password for that old parental account that is appearing on my console gives a "This account is incorrect. Please try again." message, only further confirming that it no longer exists.

    yes but the thing is when i do ''forgot password'' it asks a bunch of questions to recover my account that i can't answer because my account is like 10years old and i don'T remember the details from 10 years ago !
