    Trying network issue post again for possible explanation or help


    I posted before about this and it continues. I have 2 Xbox One Xs. I am on Xfinity 1200/40 using their newest WIFI 6 router. Both are connected via ethernet cable. 1 Xbox on Alpha and 1 on SA. I did not see this issue until about a month ago.

    In Settings network speed test and remote play test it says 500/6 on both. If I use WIFI I get 300/40. The upload speed while cabled is my issue. If I use the same cables and ports on another device download/upload is what is expected, 40 upload. If I use Edge on both Xboxs and go to /u/Dadbart

    Again, same issue. Was connected, not it decides to drop and not work at all. Same numbers and everything.

    Hopefully, a possible explanation will happen.

    It may be possible that there is an issue with the network that is blocking the Xbox sites.

    Could you please try to connect to a different network?

    Then try to access the links again.

    Hey there -

    Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, try to hold down the power button on your console for about ten seconds and then try again. If that doesn't help, try to reset your home network and then see if the issue persists still.

    Delete your cache and try again if this fails it could be a server issue or possibly a network issue,

    Have you had issues connecting to Xbox live in the past?

    Hi Armond!

    What error message are you getting there exactly?

    Try to power cycle your console and connect again to the network. Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

    To further isolate the issue, try to connect your console to a different network. If possible, try it with your mobile data hotspot.
