Try to log in someone else's computer but can't

Hi,

So as I'm trying to log in into a relative's computer who has xbox app, I can't do it because it requers the Hello PIN. My cousin has a college account associated in his computer for Office, and I have never created a PIN before.

How can I work around this?

use your relatives pin, the one they use to log into the pc, that is what is required.

Hello PIN is asked inside Xbox app?

May I know if the actual user has a PIN enabled?

If yes, did you try putting that PIN?

Or if you own computer has a PIN, did you try putting your computer PIN?

Also, sometimes when you enter PIN wrongly after three times or more, it ask you the password instead, did you try that?

Even then you (or someone else) have to be logged into the account. So if your son or his friend were logged into xbox.com on a shared or public computer and did not log out it is possible for someone else to access the account and change things.
