Try to load FS2020 try to load code get reply "This code has already been redeemed"

Bought FS2020 through Amazon. When I try to enter program through Amazon I see my code printed out. Underneath the box in red is printed "This code has already been redeemed. I can't do anything else. Please help

@Dena: Hey. Thanks for the reply. However, as I said the error comes at the time of trying to redeeming the code. The error being 'This code has already been redeemed'

FS2020 loaded and code used to start sim, all well (at first) - computer shut down overnight, following morning that's when trouble started.

Computer when into safe mode and started repair sequence followed by disc check - told all new apps would be removed, finally started.

However FS2020 had been removed - then reloaded sim and once more entered code - told this had been redeemed and then sent to Microsoft store to buy fresh FS programme.

After loading program for second time etc - now can't find FS2020 on computer files, keep being sent to Microsoft store - so what's happening Microsoft?

If I understand correctly, you redeemed a V-bucks card through Fortnite's website but you are getting an infinite loading screen when trying to redeem the 25-digit code through Xbox. Would that be correct?

If that's correct, may I ask where are you trying to redeem the code? is this happening on your son's console or the website at ( https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem )?
