    You cannot download mature rated content because you are underage. You will not be able to switch to a Adult account until you are 18 years old.

    If you're downloading paid content, you will need to check your parental settings again to make sure they are set to allow you to download the content.

    If you're downloading free demos or trailers, there is no setting that will allow you to download M or unrated content until you are 18 or over and can promote your account to an adult account.

    i download dragon age 2 on the website and im on a family plan and i can't download dragon age 2. so my boyfriend, he's the one with the head of the family plan changed me to the adult plan, and still i can't download. so he changed all the setting and still
    can't download. but im an adult. why can't i download dragon age 2 for my in game item. but on was on a child's account thing first before my boyfriend changed my account to adult. i didn't even knew i was on a child's account.
