    "Try that again"


    So everytime I try to put in my Xbox live and click enter it brings me to a screen that says "Try that again"."Something happened on our end";waiting a bit might help". But the thing is I have retried it many times and it still says the same thing.

    "Try that again"

    I've been tying for several hours now to redeem a 12-month Live card and all I keep seeing is "Try that again" and I should wait a bit. How long is a bit to you people? Is your system so clogged up that people can't even redeem a code? I'm looking at your
    status page and it's telling me everything is up and running so why the hell can't I do something as simple as redeeming a code?

    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert. There is currently a service alert for core services, which is affecting signing in.
    What you can do is get notified once the alert is over. Visit our
    Xbox live status site
    and click on "Notify me" to receive a text message once this all blows over. Thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter.

    The server status site is also having issues due to the service alert so please be patient n all this until it is resolved.
