For the past 3 weeks, my game pass hasn't been able to "renew" itself:

-the card associated works fine, I bought a gift subscription and some other games

-I tried a gift subscription, still doesn't work

Some code at the bottom of the screen: "fkFSukTK70urJcPp.13.6.10"

for any payment/billing issues it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support

They are the only ones that can do a more in depth check into the issue and hopefully sort the issue

Try that again something happened on our end...

i have waited a few hours and xbox still hasnt fixed this problem? I'm wondering if Microsoft want to keep their customers, because i see that I'm not the only person with this same problem. please fix this.

I've been getting the same thing for nearly 2 weeks now, I unsubscribed and bought a 3 month pass, and tried adding that info in, it also came up, then I thought I might be able to redeem it on my phone, and once again it said the same thing
