    So I bought a code for a 6 month live membership and I entered it on the store and it showed the "here is what you get" and that was correct so I confirmed and it brought me to a screen saying "Try that again " " Something happened on our end"

    I've tried to re enter the code and it just does the same thing every time

    Xbox live code

    I have tried entering a code for xbox live. It shows the 12 month subscription, and i press confirm. I then get a message `TRY THAT AGAIN Something happened our end. Waiting a bit might help.`

    I have tried multiple times now, same response.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the code. Have you tried the
    Prepaid Code Troubleshooting
    guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically located currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com

    I've been getting the same thing for nearly 2 weeks now, I unsubscribed and bought a 3 month pass, and tried adding that info in, it also came up, then I thought I might be able to redeem it on my phone, and once again it said the same thing
