From xbox 1 home screen I go to to the 5th tile to the right the 1 that says (xbox live gold amazing deals and more) & click on it & I get the (try that again) message & on the bottom of screen below the try again message there is this Code: 0x80131500
& under that there is this. CV: zrLm599Z50yzxTW6. & it will not stop doing this so I can not get to the screen you get to when you click on this tile so I am asking how to fix this & what are these two things for the Code: & the CV: because I went to the
code look up thing & it pretty much gave me the finger & the suggestion for looking up code does not fit with these. If this was some other company I would be saying how is it you have a code lookup place & I get code I go to lookup code & it is like uuuummmm
I don't know what you are talking about but being aware that it is microsoft if you could see my face you would not see the look of surprise or shock you would see the look of MY GOD THERE IS NO END TO THE MOST RIDICULOUS OF DECISIONS THAT WHAT I ASSUME IS
A GROUP OF EDUCATED PEOPLE WILL DECIDE ON & EMPLOY it is like a boss that comes up with lousy ideas & everybody is to chicken to say that will not work or just simply put that is a stupid idea one thing they do great is neglect customers is it not funny how
customer service is not very forth coming at times but god forbid you use what some would say foul language they will be on you in literal seconds how about that for priorities

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Mine says “Try that again, Page could not be loaded. Please try again later.”

I tried that and it still said "Try again later, Page could not be loaded. Please try again later". I feel pretty frustrated right now.

i followed the steps and it hasnt changed a thing.

I keep getting the message, try that again, page could not be loaded,please try again later.

But it has said that for 2 weeks now....
