Try that again

Something happened on out end. Waiting a bit might help.

This error comes when i try to redeem a game code on the X1 store, tried waiting a day or two but this still happens , other games are successfully getting redeemed but for 2 of my games its not.

Had the same problem I power cycle and got mine working . Hold power button on the console in for 10 sec. Then it should power down after 10 sec then power it back up.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Were you able to redeem your code at any point over the weekend or are you still having trouble? If you're still running into problems, some possible reasons that come to mind are that the game may not be available in your
region or you have a mismatch of regions between your Xbox Live account and your physical location. (If you're not sure if your region is correct, you can try running your account through our
migration tool.)
