Hi I'm trying to look up the division in the Xbox store and every time I try to search it a page saying "Try that again page could not be loaded. Please try again later.

Code: 0x8013505

Could someone please help with my problem I tried restarting the Xbox and it still happens

Something happened on out end. Waiting a bit might help.

This error comes when i try to redeem a game code on the X1 store, tried waiting a day or two but this still happens , other games are successfully getting redeemed but for 2 of my games its not.

Had the same problem I power cycle and got mine working . Hold power button on the console in for 10 sec. Then it should power down after 10 sec then power it back up.

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
