Try Gold Free Promo (not working)

Hello, when i logged onto my 360 today i saw a promo for a free month of gold. When i when through the process and clicked to confirm purchase, it reverts to the previous screen and nothing happens.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry but there's nothing that anyone here can do to help with this. Your best bet here would be to contact phone support to see what they suggest.

 

I am having this same problem even though I used the promo 2 days ago and it is now deactivated. My gold that i had yesterday is gone and it wont let me get the promo again.

 

Haha, contacting support is useless. I just tried chatting with someone and they told me "Post to the forums".

 

As these issues are related to billing, phone support is the only source of assistance. If you are told to post in the forums for a billing issue then you are being informed incorrectly. Billing issues require access to your billing information which no
one on the forums has access to.

I am also having this issue, why is it that multiple people are having the same issue? i find it to be interesting. i will try again tomorrow and try to contact support as well
