Try for Free not Working

Hi.

I hope someone can help with this. On the Xbox Store on Xbox One, the section of games under Try for Free, there’s no option for me to actually do that. Buy or redeem a code are my only options. I want to try out Deep Rock Galactic, but for some reason
it’s not allowing me to.

If your reading this but don’t know a solution but could tell me how to contact an actual person for support with Xbox issues, that’d work too. Every search I do leads me either here or to some irrelevent FAQ.

if the problem occurs only today you tried to do it may be because of a server problem in your region which you can check here https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status or
your xbox app may need to be updated make sure you don't have any pending updates

They are addons (offers) for the Free to Play games.

Deep Rock Galactic horewer isn't available for try it by the moment.

you have to have gold for that you might be using someone else gold or not having your console to home may cause that

Hi, thanks for the responses, but I’m still lost. I’ve got Gold and am on my home account. They’re not FTP games or add-ons, and Deep Rock Galactic has been on the Try for Free list for a few weeks now (On Xbox’s home screen, go to Microsoft Store, then
Deals, then scroll down to the row labeled Try for Free. On mine DRG is the first game on the list. Select DRG, and then, for me, the only option is Buy (or redeem a code)).

Is anyone else having this issue or knows of a fix?
