I bought my x box life code online but can't redeem it........ where do I c the code an Iif I go to Manage membership I get a 8C150009 error

So the update is out then? I don't have Kinect but is there anything else in the update that should concern me? lol

Everytime I am in conversation with an NPC the kinect picks it up as voice commands and keeps on saying try again. It is now doing it with just the music playing. Also certain commands like Armor do not work. Some of the voice commands like new save are
useful though.

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.
