    Hi. I purchased a pre-paid 12 month code for Xbox live and every time I try to enter it I get an error message saying Try Again it might be a problem on our end. I've tried over the course of a couple of hours and everything else works fine - internet, my
    Xbox, etc.

    What's the issue?

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    LIMBO installed today

    you don't have to input the code. On the bottom of the message there should be a button to redeem code.

    80122725 error

    here you go:

    Error 80122725 occurs when you try to redeem a gift card on Xbox Live

    Problem

    You see the following error message when you try to redeem a gift card code on Xbox Live:

    Can’t retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later.

    Status Code: 80122725

    This means that the card was not activated at the retailer.

    Solution

    To resolve this issue, return the card to the retailer and ask them to activate it.

    1400 points card will not redeem

    Attempting to redeem on the 360 console gave me the error code that I looked up below:


    You see the following error message when you try to redeem a gift card code on Xbox Live:

    Can’t retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later.

    Status Code: 80122725

    This means that the card was not activated at the retailer.


    Clearly she'll have to return to the store in the end. Thanks for the reply.

    I could not redeem prepaid code, it says something went wrong!

    I'm having the similar error message when redeeming my code. My gamertag and billing option is set to Philippines, and the xbox live gold card or rather code is bought online from the UK. But when I try to redeem the code, it will show the similar message
    saying Something Is Wrong and all that.. What may be the problem?! D:
