    I am having the same problem I can't purchase anything on the Xbox one store but when I try all I get is this try again later check your internet connection and try again. We couldn't connect to the store please help fix this.

    im trying to get on xbox live..i bought a new gold membership card and i put in the code and all it said was

    "can't retrieve information from xbox live please try again later"

    bu it has a status code

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    So i try to start up Youtube Or Spotify and it says getting your app ready i wait a a bit Then try start the app and they both say try again later something went wrong check xbox live status i check that everything says its working i have tryed
    reinstalling restarting so dont know what to do
    Hello, The problem could be your internet connection, have you tried fully restarting your xbox?

    That could help, if that doesn't work you could also try reseting your network connection. another option would be re-installing your apps again. Hope this helps in some way.
