So i try to start up Youtube Or Spotify and it says getting your app ready i wait a a bit Then try start the app and they both say try again later something went wrong check xbox live status i check that everything says its working i have tryed
reinstalling restarting so dont know what to do

Hello, The problem could be your internet connection, have you tried fully restarting your xbox?

That could help, if that doesn't work you could also try reseting your network connection. another option would be re-installing your apps again. Hope this helps in some way.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. If you are unable to get to the home screen we recommend a

offline update. Sometimes a update fails or is corrupt. Before trying this just

power cycle console first see if that works.

Wifi is fine but i did it anyway and it did not work alsoif i try buy something through a game it will come up with the same error messege
