    It gives the message "Try Again in a while" then "Sorry, looks like our service isn't working right. To check xbox live service status go to
    http://support.xbox .com" When I go there the status is fine. The games do no launch.

    I have a similar issue but I get this error when I try to kitten Microsoft store on a new xbox one x. Were you able to find a solution?

    Are you seeing this error message when trying to play online or when signing into your account? When you check your

    detailed network statistics
    do you see a solid connection there?

    currently there is a service issue regarding Purchase & Content Usage, which could be the cause for your issues.

    for the latest status regarding this issue and try to start the game again when the issue has been resolved.

    So, sometime in the next few hours ill be able to use my xbox? I do have the same question as a few of the others.. how is it this affects aome xbox users but not others? Is there a way to ensure you arent affected in the future? Is there a problem with
    users from a specific area, ISP provider, age of equipment, etc? This is a very frustrating scenario for everyone but the limited information and fact that some users are able to play but not others is the most frustrating thing.
