    Hello Erik,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an error that appears when you turn on your Xbox One console.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.

    Sorry to hear that your having trouble connecting to Xbox. Have you tried restarting your Modem?

    You can also check to see if there is an online outage in your area by:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select All Settings.

    4. Select Network.

    5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.

    6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
    Test network connection.


    If the connection test is successful, your console will connect to Xbox Live. If the connection is not successful, the Network Connection Troubleshooter will try to identify the problem.

    I recommend that you turn off all the systems that use the internet and then reset your router once the router is restarted and that this one starts up again the computers that use internet one by one, including your xbox
