    Try to delete the mac address on the internet settings and the console will force restart and that should fix that issue...

    Hey Nukem Paladon,

    Thank you for replying. I see you have tried a bit of troubleshooting already, but if you haven't already, I would like for you to try

    reinstalling the game     by doing the following:

    1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
      See all.
    2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
    3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.

    Have you done a hard reset/power cycle on your console?

    Its is done by pressing and holding the xbox logo in the front until it switches off. Wait 30 seconds before swicthing it back on.
