try again in a little while

so i tried to change my custom gamer pic on xbox live and it tells me try again in a little while i don't know what the issue is here but i tried everything signed out signed back in uninstalled the app reinstalled and it still won't let me change my custom
gamer pic this is frustrating I'm not sure if it's me or has anything to do with xbox I've been trying to do this for almost a whole month it used to let me change my gamer pic whenever i wanted to but all of a sudden it stopped letting me change my picture
can someone please help me solve this issue thanks. FYI the picture is 1080x1080 i doubled checked

Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue with the changing the gamer picture. You can review the page for

changing a gamer picture. If you still continue to have issues, we recommend to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hello, sorry to hear you are having this issue. Are you using the mobile app to change your gamer pic?

Maybe try using the website to change your gamer pic and see if you are still having issues. I know sometimes the mobile app can be finicky.

Go to Xbox Live and sign in to your xbox live account. In the top right corner click on your gamer picture icon, and select "Xbox Profile" from the drop down menu. Once you are
on your profile page select "Customize" and then choose "change gamer pic".

See if that works for you, if not let us know.

I have the same problem !!

Good luck finding any kind of help with the problem! I've called customer support, talked online with customer support chat, have been asking here for months for any kind of help. If you do find out a way to fix this problem though, please let me know! I
will let you know as well if I find any way to post a custom gamer pic.

At this point, I might just go buy a damn USB drive just to upload it onto the console since the newest console update now allows it.

Are you using the Xbox (Beta) app? I was able to upload a custom pic two days ago.

Yes, I am using the Xbox (Beta) app, the normal one doesn't even give you the option to upload a custom gamerpic. It's been 2 months now and I still get the same message to try again in a little while. I have tried everything I can think of, even trying
different pictures, different formats, even tried updating everything on my PC just to make sure.
