TRULY UNFAIRLY PLACED INTO "AVOID ME"

I was recently placed into "Avoid Me" status in Xbox Live. Normally, I would just do my time if I had know I had truly been out of line. However, this time is different. I am truly the victim of a terrible system and psychotic online gamer. My status went
from Good to Avoid Me within 1.5 months. Yes, my replies to this individual are what did it as they were certainly not professional. But neither was Microsoft's lack of response which enabled this monster to to keep doing what he was doing. Once I realized
Microsoft was not going to help I became even more angry. However, nothing I said to this monster was even close to the things he was saying to me. I have never been talked to with such profanity and obscene language and threats in my life. Yet, I am the one
who is paying the price. Attached are some screenshots of this monster's threats to me. Be advised.... it's very ugly...

This is terrible and I am not the best at explaining but maybe multiple people were reporting you or the other guy you are talking about may have made multiple account which is entirely possible.

It doesn't matter if you're a victim or a perpetrator. If you have not complied with the rules of conduct in any way, there are consequences. The support team can't help you in this matter anyway.

Thanks. Unfortunately, it doesnt change the fact that I am a victim of a broken system. My reputation was Green for years and in 1.5 months I went into an "Avoid Me" state because of a monster who was able to message me such things. I reported him using
"MS System" many times over. Yet, he still found away to message me unhindered. This is truly a case of the victim being penalized and criminalized. I should not have to go and play other games that I do not care about because Microsoft did not do its job
and ban this player after the first message. Yet I received at lease 50 more messages similar or worse than the above. Yet, I still pay my $20\mo. in subscriptions. What gives? Why cant someone change my status back to where it was? Is it really fair that
I have to suffer and the player remain unscathed?

You guys removed my photo? But yet, I had to look at it daily for a month??? Who do i need to talk to get some real help? I already know what the broken reputation system says I dont need another link to it. Or perhaps PlayStation is becoming more appealing.
You removed my post of messages that I was receiving, but didnt do anything about it when I was receiving them. If the messages are bad enough for you to remove here, why arent they bad enough to let me out of "Avoid Me"? By the way I did report the messages
MANY times as well as muted and blocked him. It wasnt until I figured out that i had to DELETE all messages from him that the block would take effect.
