    Let's try refreshing your purchase history with the X button in the Account Management section of the My Videos ares in the Xbox Video app and see if that is able to help with the error you are seeing?Let's also try

    redownloading the profile     and see if that is able to help. Let us know what happens. Thanks!

    YouTube HD Problem?

    By default the videos try to go to HD so either the video doesn't support HD or its having problems playing it in HD.

    I'm having the same problem with all video apps... Freezes the sound stutters and then shuts off... With Netflix it show cannot play video then shuts off.
