I didn't go in and delete my gamesaves and expect them to re-appear somehow. There is an option to "Delete Profile and Items", which is a procedure separate from individual gamesaves and that area entirely. It's associated with the Gamer Profile. I'm not
making this up or paraphrasing the name of the process: Delete Profile and Items. The name of the process is vague at best. I had never done it before, and I was being told on the phone that it would only delete content that was purchased through the Marketplace.
I already knew that Marketplace content could be retrieved, so why would I think anything else was going to happen?

Try reading my story a little closer and put yourself in my situation. Doubting what the CS rep really meant is a ridiculous way to say this was my fault.
