2. Im good with my all in one device. I prefer to have other things to do with the thing when friends are offline.

3. If Microsoft released a dedicated gaming console, do you realize how far of a step back that would be? We'd be going back to the PS1/N64 days. The Playstation is an all in one machine. So is the Xbox One. ***, even the Wii U is an all in one.

The PC is an all in one machine as well. Making a "dedicated gaming machine" would be the worst decision someone could make.

@icestorm a)im glad you can speak for all people lol@that

b)not sure where you're trying to go with the whole GPU wouldnt be lower buying in bulk but you're dead wrong, if a GTX 780 retails for $480 you can bet if MS was to buy 2 million of them they wouldnt even be paying $240 for the card, probably alot less
then that.

c)so what you're saying is that xbox one cant even keep up with 1080p 60fps current gen so why is it saying its next gen? This is another prime reason to keep devices dedicated and separate from each other.
im glad you can speak for all people lol@that
Those are Microsoft's stats. Live Gold users spend more time on video than they do on games. They passed that threshold a while ago.
No, I'm not. GK110 is a large piece of silicon. It's a 551mm^2 die, and that's just a GPU. The entire Xbox One APU is only 363mm^2. There are no economies of scale at play here.
Huge dies are low yields due to the relatively huge amount of space per wafer they consume. Even if they can be made relatively defect-free, few of them can be made because they're huge. Why do you think nVidia waited on releasing Titan? They had to ship over
18,000 dies for use in the supercomputer whose name the retail product bares.
No, I'm not saying that.
For console
owners, 1080p60 is a marketing joke. What console owners should be happy about is higher resolution textures and new features that they can make use of. Console owners aren't all buying 4k TVs and moving their couches close enough to get the benefits. If you
believe 1080p60 is "next gen" then you are looking at the wrong aspect of the product and falling for the bait being published by the gaming press. Go buy a PC.

A true gaming rig would be perfect, but the days of something like that coming from MS are long gone. After the Xbox One reaches its end we will never see another Xbox IMHO.

7. Already own a pc thanks and it plays games xbox one/360 stutters on and at 60fps steady with atleast 1080p no problem..now you know why I say this "next gen" console doesnt feel so "next gen". Maybe they should try focusing less on all in one features and
more on raw power and performance.

Ill be honest, I can't see where this is going. I have my console, plays perfectly, no issues, only thing that changes gameplay is online functions. What manner of "raw power" is expected?

9. the same power that gives pc the ability to play all games at a native 1080 to 4k at a constant 60fps...that kind of raw power would be nice on my console. Also read the signature if you're not noticing frame rate drops in dead rising 3, battlefield 4 or
COD ghosts.
