26 and 0 on a game of hardpoint is not cheating , ghost squad burn cards and a silenced weapon and you'll get scores like that all day long if you camp the hardpoint , and judging by the guys assault and defence points , that's exactly what he did .

I tried their review but I doubt they even read what I had to say, I sent all photos I used to make it look real & the final photo that got me banned, apparently I was cheating still even though I showed proof I wasn't actually cheating.

I do have photos of it before it was sent off, showing the serial number and sticker. They arent acknowledging that and wont show me their proof

You probably got banned for cheating or something. Which is why most people get banned, however, I'm sure if someone filed a lawsuit against them that person would probably win cause MS can't and never shows proof of their reasons for bans.
