True Achievement app

Since the app has been added, you can no longer access Internet explorer from the achievement help function. I was accessing true achievements through that and you could also access youtube guides. Now all you can do when you click help on an achievement,
is access the true achievement app. Now if you want to watch a video guide, you have to open the YouTube app & type in the game/achievement into the search bar. This seems like a step backwards.

Unfortunately I'll be removing the app

You can also use the True Achievements app on Xbox. Install it, snapp achievements, find the achievement you want help with, and true achievements will have a link to proper information.

The problem is with the tracking inside the XBOX One Achievements app (not the True Achievements app).

 

You do know TA has guides as well right?

 

I saw the announcement for their app a couple weeks back and it didn't even bother reading it, thought it was for tablet/phone.

This is great news. Excellent community (hopefully it stays that way), gaming sessions and as Akame said guides. Won't need my laptop sitting next to me anymore while achievement hunting

 

I downloaded it last night but have not tried it yet - I'll have to do that later today.

 

The TA app is far better for achievements help and it is a great community to be involved in

 

Just to confirm what Akame said....

I just went through about a half dozen of my recently played games and launched the video guides from the app without any issues. They are there, it's just a matter of learning how to use the app. Best of all the guides are user rated so no having to sort
out the nonsense on YouTube yourself.

 

^^That's the best part of TA. Not sure about the app but on the site people comment on the guides and and rate them so I can tell which one is best.

 

The TA app is far better than IE imo...tons of great guides/solutions on there.

 

I like the TA App and the replacement in the achievement app. Its super fast and easy to add guides (text/video) on their website and they are almost immediately visible in the app.

 

Hi guys I was sent here by the support minutes ago. I have problem with Media BAron Achievement in Quantum Break - the progress bar indicates 100% completion of this one, but it still does not pop. Went through whole account removal, disconnecting console
from network, power, hard reseting etc. Any help with this?

If it is 100% you need to be patient for it to pop as it is hung up in the servers.
