    I can't start a game, the first step is ok but when i want to start to play is not conecting to the internet servers. I don't know what to do?... if desinstall the game and install again?... this process changes something in my game?... season pass?.. weapons?..
    skins?.. something?..... what i can do?...

    Hey there OMARVeL3Z280912,

    Sorry to hear about the connection issues in Gears of War 4. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)

    Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

    • Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
    • After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
    • Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. To answer your other question though, Reinstalling the game should have no effect on your Season Pass or other in game DLC. Since this is tied to the account which purchased it, you'll be able
    to re-down without any issues.

    Hi,



    Many users are experiencing the same issue and The Coalition has yet to respond to this. After the update in June, users reported being unable to connect to the server for long periods of time. Some have claimed that re-installing the game has helped, but
    other say that has not fixed the problem. I would suggest trying it and making sure your NAT type is set to OPEN. Also, you can try to adjust your region settings and see if that helps...
