Trove Xbox Live Rewards Not Appearing After Redeemed

I've redeemed all of my codes for Trove, which is supposed to give 10 dragon coins each. As I was told in my previous post asking for assistance, they were meant to be in the "Claims" section, however, they are not. Nothing in Claims, or the game store,
or the microsoft store.

Trove Xbox Live Rewards Not Appearing After Redeemed

subject line in your email “FREEdom Rewards- Cleared by MS Support”. We have contacted them about your particular issue, and this subject line will highlight you as the user experiencing the issue. Please also include your gamertag
in the email body. This will help them to look up the pertinent information for your account. Apologies for the inconvenience.

It can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process information, like your survey and Trove activity. This is mentioned in the FAQ for the Trove offer:

When and how will I receive my Reward?

Once you've completed a 30-minute segment of playtime in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed.
Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

Hello Devpil,

It sounds like you are asking about the current Trove offer that Rewards play time with dragon coin tokens. This coin tokens must be redeemed manually; they are not automatically added to your account in game. On the FREEdom Rewards page, in the Trove section
there will be a button to go to this redemption page...or you could just use this link to get there (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/redemption-codes/#=trove)!
