Trove Freedom rewards

So apparently. This doesnt work for existing members? So I have no way of earning any rewards for this, and probobly 90% of the people who already played this game and are seeing the FREEdom rewards are pretty annoyed. Why would it be made so that the people
who already play the game can"t get any dragon coins? Help. I believe this is true because I have been waiting over 100 hours and got nothing.

Please tell me if this is true or not so I can stop wasting over an hour everyday wondering how to do this and why it isnt working.

Previous game play has no effect on being eligible for this offer. Keep in mind that as specified in our FAQ, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new activity. We see that you currently have tokens for your game play on your FREEdom
Rewards page. Please note that these coins are not automatically sent to you in-game. You will have to redeem them from the redemption page for this offer, which can be accessed from the Trove section of the FREEdom Rewards page (Xbox Live Rewards).

It sounds like you are asking about the current Trove offer that Rewards play time with dragon coin tokens. This coin tokens must be redeemed manually; they are not automatically added to your account in game. On the FREEdom Rewards page, in the Trove section
there will be a button to go to this redemption page...or you could just use this link to get there (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/redemption-codes/#=trove)!

A link to the FREEdom redemption page can be found on the FREEdom Rewards page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/). The link is in the highlighted green section near the bottom titled "Collect
your special Rewards". This will take you to your redemption page with your trove tokens.

Phone and chat support do not handle the rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the program. There is a "Request Deposit" button that will show if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's so you can request
a deposit before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Otherwise there generally are no other redeem buttons.
