Trove Freedom Rewards

While trying to get the Freedom Rewards thing to work for trove it said something about a button to redeem rewards but there is no button I was told by Jessie.C on Xbox live support to post about this issue so good luck to me

Phone and chat support do not handle the rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the program. There is a "Request Deposit" button that will show if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's so you can request
a deposit before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Otherwise there generally are no other redeem buttons.

 

Hi thanks for the quick reply but I am talking about the freedom rewards not xbox live rewards I know how Xbox live rewards work but not the freedom rewards there is a option for trove to play 30 minutes and get Dragon coins and I have played for more than
30 minutes and on the page it said something about a button but I can't find this button.

 

It should take about 96 hours for the rewards to show after you played. So since the offer just started yesterday, it would be too soon to see it.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When and how will I receive my Reward?

Once you've completed a 30-minute segment of playtime in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed.
Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

As stated in the FAQ entry above, once we have fully processed your information (which can take up to 96 hours), there will be a button on the offer page that will direct you to a page with codes for you to redeem and receive your tokens.
