    Troubleshooting


    Upon starting my 360, I select my account to sign in to. After a few moments, an alert pops up saying "Disconnected from Xbox Live". A few short monets later, sign-in fails and I recieve an error message with no error code which states that the system is
    unable to connect to Xbox Live on this console, and to download it again to fix it. What steps do I need to take, because I cannot even sign into my profile to play OFFLINE let alone ONline. Thank you.

    Brian and Tomas - Those troubleshooting tips were actually taken straight from a troubleshooting guide that was released to help players having problems with lagging during multiplayer. You can actually find those same instructions on ActiVision's website, so I don't think it would really put your systems at risk.

    Hey there, FireWad30!

    Do you currently have this game installed onto the internal drive on the console, or do you have an external hard drive connected? Have you tried

    resetting the console to factory defaults
    and choose the option to "Reset and keep my games and apps?"

    Let us know if these steps help to resolve this issue or if you have any other support questions!

    Restarting can be caused by many factors. If you have already reset the console to factory settings, you can check the status of the electrical outlet or replace the console's HDMI cable. Also, do you have an audio system connected to the console? Often,
