    Hello. I posted a case review a little under a week ago and never recieved an email about it and have been stuck on the under review page of the site for a while. I was wondering how long it usually takes to get through the next step and also if i was
    supposed to recieve an email about it?

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this inquiry. Unfortunately the Case Review is usually the last chance at attempting to dispute an action take against any account. Now that the decision has been upheld you can try and resubmit one.
    If it doesn't let you then it would be best to create another account to start using. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for reaching out. If you're account has been suspended you would need to go to Enforcement website
    https://enforcement.xbox.com If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.
