Troubleshoot while redeeming add on code

Hello,

I wanted to add some add ons and I have the code for which I got with the game. I went to Xbox live and wanted to redeem it.

After redeeming they said it will be available in "ready to install" folder. I went their but I couldn't find it.

So I again went to redeem the code but now they said that it had already been redeemed.

Can someone please help me!!!!

You can add Microsoft Points pre-paid codes by using the Xbox 360 console or by using Xbox.com.

Xbox 360 console

To enter a pre-paid Microsoft Points code by using the Xbox 360 Guide main menu, follow these steps:
Press the Xbox 360 Guide button, and then go to the Marketplace area.
Select Redeem Code.
Enter the 25-character pre-paid code.
To enter a Microsoft Points code by using the Add Points Wizard, follow these steps:
To access the Add Points Wizard, press the X button while you view any content description screen within the Game Marketplace or Video Marketplace areas or while you view the Memberships section in the Account Management area.
Select Redeem Prepaid Card.
Enter the 25-character pre-paid code.

Visit Sign In (Sign In) or follow these steps:
From Xbox.com, use your Windows Live ID to sign in to your Xbox LIVE account.
Select My Account from the My Xbox drop-down menu.
Click Redeem Code to enter the pre-paid code and add Microsoft Points to your account.

REDEEMING GAME ADD-ON CODE

Yeah I got Shadow of Mordor for Xbox 360 yesterday and the only problem is that the 2 codes for the dark ranger pack comes out invalid so I just want to know how long do we have to wait for them to fix the problem.

Sorry to hear it. The content you're looking for can be found by highlighting the game and pressing the start button on the controller. From there choose manage game and go to ready to install. All the available in game content will be found there.

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues while attempting to redeem your prepaid code. Have you already successfully redeemed on a different account or is this the first time that you are redeeming the code?

The code would have been included in the box that your Xbox One console came in. Did you successfully redeem that code? If not, check the packaging that your console came in to redeem that code. If you already redeemed the code, you can find the game in
the
Ready to install list while signed in on the account that originally redeemed the code.

When you redeem a code it will tell you you are redeeming 12 montjs of Gold, but then there is a screen that pops up when you add a code while you have Ultimate that states that the code you are redeeming will be convert to X amount of Ultimate if you complete the transaction. By completing the

transaction, you agree to that conversion. So since the code was redeemed and the subscription used, there would be nothing else that can be done at this point.

As Smwutches said, please make sure not to post codes publicly. While you may be having issues with redeeming it, it's possible that it's still active and someone may have used it. Unfortunately we aren't able to provide replacement codes but we're happy
