troubleshoot menu when turned on?

turned on my xb1 this morning and saw a screen ive nver seen before. a troubleshoot menu with the options

1) continue

2) reset console

3) offline system update

4) turn off this xbox

if i hit continue i just get a blank screen

if i hit reset it saya it will erease all accounts saved games etc i obviously do not want that!.

offline update is blacked out ie not clickable

and turn off xbox simply turns off the console and same screen appears when turned back on.

there are no error codes displayed. jist the os version and console id

Kinect not acknowledging my voice at all

Did you check your settings? Kinect can be turned off.

Blank menu, please help, urgent

Earlier today I was playing Minecraft Xbox one edition and my account kept signing out, I turned my xbox one off, thinking it would help. When I turned my xbox one on it loaded the green screen as usual but when it tried to sign my account in and go to the
home menu it went completely blank, my side menu still opens but I gotta press the menu button over and over, and trying to get to the home from the side menu just closed the side menu, I can't log in either. Please, some help me fix this.

 

i hit reset this xbox and selected

“ keep games and apps but erase all accounts saved games but keep games installed “

and it powered off but loaded back to the original screen im posting about ! cooooome on man

 

well.... i smashed it and bought a new one....
