Troubleshoot issues in The Sims 4 on console

Is there an error or message when the game closes?

Open the panel by pressing the Xbox button in the center of the controller.

Scroll right on the panel to the System area.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

Select NAT Test Type.

Tell me what appears on this test, please

Press the Xbox button > System > Restart console > Restart

After the console turns on again, hold the console's Xbox button (X- or start button) for approximately 10 seconds, the console will restart again.

Then test the game.

I totally understand the importance of getting your Cloths Pack in Sims 4 as soon as possible. Based on the description itself, this is more likely an in-game issue with the Sims 4.

It is enrolled in the insider program on both accounts, yes only fortnite we know this cause we play minecraft and the sims 4 also on this same console without any issues. Thankyou for responding

The Sims 3 and The Sims 4. The Sims 4 releases for PC next year. I have The Sims 3 and Sims 3 Pets for 360. I will get Zoo Tycoon for XB1 since I've already played the PC version. I have Tropico 4 but hardly play it. Maybe Sims City that game recently released
for PC?
