Troubles with Xbox Live

So, I have been having the same reoccurring issue since late last night. My Xbox will log me in but not be connected to Xbox Live. I have checked my connection every time I do anything currently and it continuously says that I am connected and ready to go.
It wont let me join/start a party nor will it allow me to join any games currently. I have reset my router too many times to count currently. I have fully reset the Xbox and even unplugged everything. Nothing has worked. I tried contacting a support member.
The only told me to do the same things I had already done over again. And to no surprise, it didn't work. I am severely frustrated currently. Nothing has worked.

This the detailed network statistics reading:

Download Speed= unavailable

Upload Speed= unavailable

Packet Loss= unavailable

MTU= 0

Latency= 0

Wireless Strength= 79%

What really does not make sense to me is how, all of the other consoles in the same house work perfectly fine but not mine. And all of the other ones are also Xbox Ones. Please help. I am seriously stuck and annoyed. (I honestly believe its an Xbox live
problem not my internet.)

Can I still use my live on Xbox 360

I'm having trouble connecting to live with Xbox 360. I have no trouble with live on Xbox One. Are they discontinuing live 360 at some point?

Is anyone else having trouble signing into xbox live? Me and a few of my friends we are having trouble signing into xbox live

 

Can you do the following tests in Settings > Network and tell us what they say? The errors may point towards the solution.

the network test came out fine... says good to go

the multiplayer test says that it cant finish the tests.

 

In that case the only way to fix this is to reformat your console keeping games and apps (requires account redownload):

Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

I've seen this fix this specific problem many times. There's a problem with your system update, either it thinks it's updated or the update went wrong somehow. And xboxes without the latest update can not connect to xbox live.

Have you tried reseting the router that might solve the issue

 

Then you will need to follow this troubleshooter and/or use the option for the Offline System Update:

To do the offline system update you will need a USB flash drive with at least 4GB of space, formatted to NTFS with a Windows PC. It involves you downloading the update onto that flash drive on your PC and then putting it in your console and doing a special
boot up with a button combination to force it to update.

I would personally recommend that you contact Microsoft Support and if they are unable to help you can always demand to be raised upto Level-2 as they are the people with more experience and qualifications, not saying that the initial support team is in-capable.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry that you are having a difficult time connecting to Xbox Live due to your console needing an update. ChiefJoboo is definitely steering you in the correct direction with an offline system update since your console isn't
performing it. Please be sure to follow the
Xbox One System Update solution as recommended previously. Unfortunately, there is not a process for "going up the ladder" when it comes to updating your system as has been suggested by others since its a rather straightforward file application to the operating
system of the console.

Should you still not be able to update the console for some reason, you may need to look into getting your console serviced. You do have a couple of options to do so, including

setting up a repair yourself online,
requesting a callback from Xbox Support to set it up for you, or
contacting a Microsoft Store near you for assistance. If you call the Microsoft Store in advance, you can actually make an appointment to have them do the update of your console for you.
