Troubles with my Xbox One S

Hello Mr Microsoft, a few days ago while I was playing on Battlefield 1(Dematerialized), my game stopped an error saying that my saves were not synchronized with my console or something like that, and to fix that problem I just needed to go in the settings
and synchronize my saves again. I thought it was ok, and that I just had to become used to do that thing.It enventually came back, but today while I was playing Player's Unknown Battlegrounds (Dematerialized), a lot of things were not loading and on For Honor
(Disc) I had not too many but some really loud screeching sounds . And also, it seemed that everything was degradating slowly.

After some more tries with my discs, I understood that my disc reader had problem but i'm quite sure there is something else as my Xbox was really long to restart . ( I tried checking on the alimentation cable and all the stuffs that the support advices
to do, but none of these work).

I'd like not to buy another one, but will send my Xbox to repair will fix all my problems (fix more than the reading problem) ?

(It seems like I'm not clear enough but I hope it's juste a simple problem)

Hey Jam thanks for bringing this issue to us!

The issue seems to be coming from the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset
(while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

 

Unfortunately it didn't solve anything . I'll just send it back .

 

Login to the Microsoft website and find your device. When you select Schedule a Repair the system will walk you through what options you have from Microsoft. It is pretty easy to do and worked great when I had some trouble.
