Troubles with mixer

My problem is that when I started E3, I could not log in to Mixer with my account.

I was not allowed to create an account

I called Xbox support to solve the problem but it was very slow

I could see the E3, but since I could not log in, I did not receive the Halo 5 classic helmets package

and it's annoying because it was not my fault, it was a mixer that did not let me sign in

but I did see the transmission of E3

Could you get the classic helmet package?

the other days I was able to log in and saw all the transmissions

Haven't received huntress figurehead

I watched the mixer stream too and didn't received anything, could you please fix it ? I already had the same trouble with getting the mixer pistol skin in the early days of the game.

Mixer broadcasting won't start broadcasting

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Please make sure a game is running before trying to start your stream with the Mixer app.

I am sorry you are having troubles with connection issues. Are saying you are having trouble watching Mixer while using GB. You have us confused on what GB is? Are you having trouble with watching Mixer while using an emulator for WhatsApp or Gameboy?

We would love to help and have significant experience on how to best utilize bandwidth. The Mixer app on Xbox is not as easy to use as the PC and Android versions in my opinion and it also suffers from a lag compared to PC and Android. I have never tried to
watch Mixer and play games both on the Xbox (and not even sure how to do it), though it works if I run Mixer on the PC and play on the PC or Xbox with no issues. My pipeline is 50Mbs down and up.

Please let us know what GB is and any more details you can. We would love to help.

Been having the same problem for a month now. I think its a problem on Mixer's end; never the less every thread I check, every email I send, they just send the same trouble shooting link. It is NOT A HARDWARE PROBLEM!!!! Mixer NEEDS TO BE UPDATED!!! It
is impossible to stream mixer from an XBox without it crashing 20-40 minutes later, and they don't care.
