Troubles with Core Foundry Dungeon

While playing the core foundry dungeon, at the end when you fight the boss, I kept dying so I decided to go back to the crawler to upgrade my companions. When I came back to the dungeon, it restarted. However, when I got to the part where you have to find
the orange and green keys to reboot the core analyzer, the keys were missing from where they should be. Without these keys, I can't unlock finish the dungeon, and therefore can't move on in the story. Can someone help me on how to fix this issue? I was thinking
if I could restart the dungeon fully then that would help, but I don't know how, or if, I can do that. Thanks!

Core Foundry bub

It seems a lot of people are having trouble with the Core Foundry, especially when reloading it for a second time. It is my case, unfortunetly. I started the dungeon, went the the first big room, opened the door one the otherside and went to my Cralwer and
return to the Core Foundry. But now, the door I opened, the one in the first big room, though it's still opened, I cannot go through it to the other room, because there's a black metal wall blocking my way! I reloaded the dungeon several times, restarted the
game, restarted my Xbox, but there is nothing I can do to progress.

 

Stuck in Core Foundry

I went to the Core Foundry dungeon a second time to get all the collectibles. In the big room with the analyzer, there are two doors that are closed (the path is shown on the map with both doors closed), but I can't find a switch.
