Troubles with Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Hello!

I'm facing an issue with my Xbox One S. When I was playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey, the game was with a bug in the cutscenes, where the audio didn't matches the video and a very long loading (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZGO-Mr7PqPsR3dYB9_VoIRi2caBGJmjc/view?usp=sharing).
Also, the game was crashing when I was moving in the map, I couldn't move but I could move the camera. After that, the game started closing alone when loading my save file. I tried starting a new game, but it was also bugged (as I show in the video above).
I've tried reinstalling the game, soft resetting the console, restarting the console... It's the digital edition I bought at Microsoft Store. I'm having an issue in Watch Dogs 2 too, but it's only the bug when I'm moving in the map. I'm in touch with Ubisoft
support, and they are trying to help me, but as you see, with not much success. I'm worried because my console have only about 4 months, and I'm already facing this many issues.
