    Hi! I made a roblox account about 3 years ago. Sadly enough thats a very long time ago, so long I dont even remember my password. So I have tried to recover using an email and a phone number both failed miserably. So Ive tried to come to a solution Which is too tough for me to figure out so Im trying to reach out to someone that can handle this. So basically my question is that once you make a roblox account through xbox, does the email connected to your xbox account automatically link to your roblox account? If this is a no then I dont think there is any other way to recover it.. If there is I would be so grateful. This account means the world to me and its sad to know with one click of a button I will never have my progress ever again.

    Hello! Im not sure what you mean by settings do you mean by the settings in roblox or the xbox settings?

    Hi,Nathan! I'm Luis, a fellow Xbox Gamer . Thanks for reaching us out here.

    Unfortunately no, when creating a Roblox account you do not link an email.

    You sign up with a unique username you chose when creating the account, not an email

    You could then add a parent email to the account through the settings. That would be the way to recover it

    Do you remember adding such email?

    Hmm in that case I'm afraid you would need your Roblox unique username.

    I would also try and contact Roblox support Nathan
