Trouble Xbox live Gold

Hey Xbox team,

recently my subscription xbox live gold has been stop due to an oustanding payment. So i refresh my credit card on the xbox settings and i try to pay but an error message appear on the screen. Same when i want to pay on "http account microsoft".

Can you help me please ?

cant redeem points code!!!

I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. Returns the code: 801613c9. I've tried with 2 Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid and did not work, always returns the same error.

I can’t play online multiplayer with Xbox 360 games on Xbox one

You need to have Xbox Live Gold, and also need to check If Xbox live Status is having any trouble with that game

Sorry to hear you're having Xbox Live Gold troubles. What features of Xbox Live are you having trouble with? Since this began, have you tried removing your profile from your Xbox One and adding it back to see if there's any change?

If it was a bundle with a 3 month code, you should have gotten a card in the box with a 25 character code on it.

Use that 25 character code to redeem your membership.
