Hello, more than 30 days ago I acquired xbox game pass for digital purchase of a gift card, it has already been more than a month and I can still play the titles and I have not renewed it, I think it will be charged My account but
not having enough balance has not been charged and what I said is strange to me that I can continue using this subscription, I do not know if it is a mistake or something but I would like to notify what happened and deactivate the subscription as soon as possible

Trouble with Game Pass

Hey got a problem with the game pass. It says xbox has took money out of my bank account £7.99 for game pass. But I cant access it download or play game with it. Just says I need to join again asking for another 7.99?

You can double check your subscription at Sign in to your Microsoft account and can cancel it from there as well.

If you can't cancel it there, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing and they should be able to do so for you. Contact Us | Xbox Support (say no, thanks

see, that's what i was suspecting originally, but i checked in with a friend here in the country who also has game pass and he has no trouble whatsoever with Mechwarrior 5. According to the website, there shouldn't be any trouble with PC game pass, no?
