Trouble with Xbox One loading to home

I've called Microsoft 5+ times about this. I was casually playing on my console with my friend when all of a sudden my console turned itself off, I then thought it might be a random glitch so I went to turned my Xbox back on, wemy downstairs for a drink
came back up and it was still loading. 10 mins later I check it's still loading, i restarted console about 8 times and its still doing the same thing. I rung Microsoft and each person is telling me to do different things, downloading files like 0TUDT2 and
0TTDT3 etc. This is so stupid and this should of never happened. Please help

Xbox one issuses involving but not limited to ESO and the concole not doing any concole actions like navigating the home scredn like a computer thats out of RAM.

I'm having an issue with my Xbox One, it feels as if its having troubles loading Elder Scrolls Online (Only ESO) or any other functions like navigating the home screen. It feels like a computer that has ran out of ram.

Its strange and wierd, please help if you can.

Having trouble with Pubg try to play a game and it loads and as soon as it tries to put me in a game it kicks me to the xbox one home screen

I've been having trouble accessing my Xbox One out of the blue for some unknown reason. It allows me to play games but it isn't allowing me to sign in to any account at all or even add accounts. Its now concerning because I removed my main account from
the Xbox and now isnt letting me re-add it and is showing me an error. Profile pictures and most of the home layout on the xbox is having trouble loading as well.

I've tried the whole trouble shooting thing it didn't work and once the start up screen has gone it goes black and stays like that nothing changes It doesn't load to home or anything I might have to send it to Xbox
