    trouble with Xbox live gold code


    Hi.

    I've been having trouble activating my 14 days xbox live gold trial

    The error code is :

    XBOS-3010

    0420ada4-4d37-4d0b-8398-cdfe1b61a591

    I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. Returns the code: 801613c9. I've tried with 2 Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid and did not work, always returns the same error.

    Sorry you're having so much trouble!

    Are you receiving any error codes when these connection errors occur?

    Also, are other profiles able to connect to Xbox Live and the only problem is with the Gold account?

    Sorry to hear about the troubles with Xbox Live. Keep in mind Xbox Live Gold Trials are not full subscriptions and may not give you access too all features. That being said, did you redeem the code on your account or another account on your Xbox One?

    You need to have Xbox Live Gold, and also need to check If Xbox live Status is having any trouble with that game

    prepaid gold code accepted but still showing as 'free member'

    It does but some games will still require you to have a gold membership I believe. If after redeeming the code you're having trouble playing online then do the xbox live connection test on the console to refresh your profile and then try online play.
